Students in grades 7 and 8 are given the
opportunity to apply for membership in
S.A.L.T. If they meet the qualifications as
set by the principal, they are assigned
certain duties and responsibilities during
an activity or learning strategies class
period, which includes meeting with the
principal to help make certain decisions.
As long as they continue to meet the
qualifications and do a responsible job,
they are allowed to remain in S.A.L.T.
As salt changes the flavor of and makes
a difference on food, these students are
CHANGE AGENTS and MAKE A DIFFERENCE
on campus and in the community.
